Translational Research In Progress (TRIP) is a regular, informal forum for the presentation and discussion of innovative ideas addressing problems in cancer. Topics cover diverse areas such as cancer mechanisms, drug target validation, drug discovery and delivery, diagnostics, imaging, cancer control, population genetics, and clinical trials. The series includes external speakers, faculty candidates, and Core Resources. The seminar format provides 40 minutes for presentations, followed by 20 minutes for discussion and feedback. The series also spotlights Cancer Training Grant/RIP trainees. Faculty presenters are asked to emphasize forward-looking research rather than reporting on completed projects.
